CLIP CONTEST RULES

The Shov Clip Contest (the "Contest") is a recurring, skill-based promotion run by MMOD, Inc. ("Shov," "we," "us"). It rewards players who share their Shov match replays on social media. These rules govern the Contest and are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to these rules.

The Contest is open to registered Shov account holders who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and located in a market where Shov is available. Employees of MMOD, Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

To enter a given weekly period, you must:

• Play a match on Shov and obtain the replay of your round
• Post that replay publicly to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or X (Twitter)
• Tag @shov_com in the post so we can find it

The post must be public for the duration of the Contest period and feature your own Shov round. No purchase is necessary to play a free round where free entry is offered; purchasing credits does not improve your chance of winning.

The Contest runs in weekly periods. Each period closes at the end of the week as announced by Shov, and winners are selected shortly after. Entries posted after a period closes roll into the next period. We may add, pause, or skip periods at our discretion.

Winners are chosen by Shov based on the engagement and quality of the tagged post — including reach, shares, likes, comments, and overall creativity. Selection is at Shov's sole and reasonable discretion; this is a contest of skill and effort, not chance, and our decisions are final. Where engagement is close or cannot be reliably compared across platforms, we may use our judgment to pick the strongest entry.

Each weekly period awards prizes to the top three entries, paid in Shov credits:

• 1st place — 250 credits
• 2nd place — 100 credits
• 3rd place — 50 credits

Prizes are credited to the winner's Shov account. Credits are platform-only with no cash value; they are not redeemable for money and are governed by our Terms of Service. Prizes are non-transferable and have no monetary value. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply.

By entering, you represent that the post is your own original content and that you:

• Grant Shov a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, feature, and promote your post and clip across Shov channels
• Will not use bought, bot, or otherwise artificial engagement
• Will not post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable

We may disqualify any entry or entrant we reasonably believe has violated these rules, our Terms, or the rules of the social platform used.

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or X (Twitter). You must also comply with each platform's own terms.

We may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time, including if it becomes technically corrupted or compromised, or for legal reasons. Material changes will be posted on this page.
